Portrait of Prashant Kumar

Prashant Kumar

Head of Product for applied AI and agentic products

MIT Sloan Fellow, Adjunct Professor at IE and EU Business School, TEDx speaker. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

I build AI products that protect revenue, open markets, and scale worldwide.

For more than 17 years I have turned emerging technology into commercial advantage, at Amazon, in scale-ups in Berlin and London, and as Head of Digital Products at Grupo Oesía. Today I am the founding product lead at Crafting Tomorrow, building the product function from scratch for regulated, sovereignty-sensitive buyers, where trust in AI is the product, not a feature.

Alongside building, I teach. If you can't explain product strategy clearly, you do not understand it well enough yet.

€10M

Now at Crafting Tomorrow

An AI enablement platform that enterprises and institutions use to build reliable, compliant AI courses and applications, and to raise AI literacy across their workforce.

As founding product lead I own product strategy and execution for organizations across Germany, Spain, the UK and the Nordics, on EU-hosted infrastructure for full data sovereignty. The Curriculum Hub is in production; the Analytical Engine, which forecasts skill and technology shifts on a five-year horizon, and Grouse, a retrieval service that grounds models on new data with no manual RAG setup, are in pilot.

What I care about now is simple: AI products that solve real customer problems, not demos that chase the trend.

If you're building something serious in that space, I'd like to hear about it.
